About Us

Linden Plants is run by Lindsay and Lucy. We are trained florists who, over the past few years, have gradually branched out and expanded our stock to reflect our joint passion for all things houseplants. We are based in West Sussex and stock an ever-growing selection of plants, pots and plant-care items alongside our signature, hand-made dried flower bouquets. All of our products are carefully packaged and sent via courier across the UK.

As well as our houseplant selection, we are also available for flower commissions, including weddings, events, artificial installations and floristry workshops.

Happy Plant Guarantee

Our years of experience have helped us to develop the safest way to post plants and pots so that they reach their destination in great condition. We have confidence in our specially designed packaging, but we understand that occasionally things can go wrong in transit – and that’s where our Happy Plant Guarantee comes in! Given that we are dealing with living plants and that natural imperfections do occur, if your item arrives with anything more significant than very light cosmetic damage, we will send out a replacement to you without delay. All we ask is that you send us a few pictures of your item and the packaging that it arrived in so that we can use the information to improve our service and help to avoid future problems.

We’re plant lovers, and that means we love and value our planet, too. We’re committed to using recycled or recyclable packaging materials wherever possible and we’re constantly looking at and adapting our practices to make our business as sustainable as humanly possible.

Perfect Presents

With our background in floral design, we know from experience how happy people were to receive a floral gift. And as the popularity for all things green continues to soar, we’ve seen that people increasingly prefer to give and receive living plants. In fact, the idea for launching Linden Plants came from our flower shop customers: more and more of them started to tell us that rather than ordering cut flower bouquets, they wanted to send plants as longer-lasting, more sustainable, more meaningful tokens of their feelings.
